The Service is intended to provide an environment in which users can generate hashtags based on their own input data. The text data entered is used solely for the aforementioned purpose and for no other purposes.
Article 3 (Prohibition of Third-Party Disclosure of Text Data)
We do not provide or share any text data entered by users with any third party. Even text data used in the generation process will not be disclosed to any third party without the user's consent, except as required by law.
Article 4 (Log Data and Security)
In connection with the use of the Service, access logs—such as access date and time, IP address, and browser information—may be collected. These logs are retained for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) for the purposes of security measures and service improvement, and are managed under appropriate encryption and access restrictions before being deleted.
Article 5 (Response to User Requests for Deletion)
In the Service, text data is used temporarily only for the generation process. In addition, if a deletion request is received regarding personal information such as access logs, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 6 (CCPA Compliance)
For users residing in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell users' personal information to any third party and will, as necessary, respond to requests for disclosure or deletion of such information.
Article 7 (Data Storage Location)
Personal information (such as access logs) related to the Service is stored in a secure server environment. Please note that the text data entered by users is not stored after the completion of the generation process.
Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event of significant changes, the updated policy will be posted or otherwise notified on the Service's website, and the revised policy will take effect as of the date of publication.
